1. Who We Are

2. What Data We Collect

Self-hosted analytics (only if you consent): page visited, country (inferred from a Cloudflare header — your IP is never stored), device type, browser language, colour scheme preference, and referring URL. No personal identifiers are stored.

Google Analytics 4 and LinkedIn Insight Tag (only if you consent): standard analytics/advertising cookies used to measure site traffic and campaign performance. See our Cookie Policy for the full list of cookies these set.

Cloudflare Web Analytics (always on): cookieless, aggregated traffic metrics. No personal data or cookies involved — no consent required.

3. Purpose and Legal Basis

Email address: used solely to respond to your contact request — Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest).

Self-hosted analytics, Google Analytics 4, and LinkedIn Insight Tag: used to understand site usage and measure campaign performance — Article 6(1)(a) GDPR (your explicit consent via the cookie banner). You can withdraw consent at any time by clearing your browser's site data.

Cloudflare Web Analytics: cookieless aggregate metrics — Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest); no personal data is processed.

4. Retention Period

Your email address is retained for as long as necessary to handle your request, and for a maximum of 12 months thereafter. After that period your data is permanently deleted.

5. Sharing With Third Parties

We do not share your email address with third parties unless legally required to do so. We never sell your data.

6. Security

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, loss, or destruction.

7. Your Rights

Under the GDPR you have the following rights:

— Right of access: you may request what data we hold about you.

— Right to rectification: you may have inaccurate data corrected.

— Right to erasure: you may request deletion of your data.

— Right to restriction of processing.

— Right to object to processing.

— Right to data portability.

8. Filing a Complaint

If you believe we are not handling your personal data correctly, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens) at autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl.
